The Eurasia Boutique Hotel is quite a classy hotel and surprisingly cheap, you could quiet easily think this 3 star hotel is a 4 star plus resort.

The hotel is very spacious and tastefully decorated with lots of classical touches, all of which continues into the rooms. That staff are noticeably friendly and you will have absolutely no problems bringing ladyboys to your room.

Location wise Eurasia Boutique is just on the right side of 3^rd road and short walk from the end of Soi VC. Walking Street is within walking distance, and you are close to Theppraya Road, leaving you a short Baht bus ride to the beaches of Jomtien. This isn’t exactly at the heart of the action but it’s a great choice for anyone who likes to spend their nights in Pattaya and days in Jomtien.

Facilities + Highlights:
There’s no gym or but the pool is quite spectacular, and you can easily spend much of your days lapping up the sun pool side and ordering a drink or two to get you in the mood for a night on the town. The on-site restaurant is pretty good and you can order food to your room or poolside. There is also a laundry service but as with most hotels it can be a lot cheaper to walk out the hotel and pick one of the local launderettes (there is one almost opposite).

The modern Thai style rooms are extremely unique and interesting, but at the same time very homely and cozy. There are 3 types of room to suite most budgets, including Standard Rooms which start at around 1,100 Baht per night and offer a late check-out service on request.

Located just 300 meters from Karon Beach you are in prime location to enjoy the ray and waves of this stunning stretch of sandy coast. Karon Beahc does have several beer bars with some ladyboys to be found working in the bars and on the streets, but for the main ladyboy activity you can take a15 minute tuk tul ride to Patpong and the bustling Bangla Road nightlife.

The Green View Pattaya is a budget serviced apartment and an excellent for any money conscious monger looking to stay short or long term in Pattaya.
With 39 well equipped guest rooms, you’d be forgiven for expected a low quality accommodation for the price (starting at under $30 per night), but this clean and well kept residence is actually rather modern and tastefully decorated.

Sat down a quiet alley just of Walking Street, you’re at the epicenter of Pattaya nightlife and the ladyboy loving world. Bars, clubs, restaurants, and lots and lots of ladyboys can be literally found at your doorstep.

With rooms under 2000 baht Hemmingway's has to be one of the best value for money ladyboy friendly hotels in Patong. It's location is decent, the facilities are smart and practical, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and homely.

Location wise its about 2 blocks from Bangla and the main nightlife area (about 5-7 minute walk) and a further block to the beach (10 minuet walk).

Facilities and highlights:

There's an OK pool and Bamboo, the hotel's restaurant, gets some pretty good reviews. There's also a nice lounge and pub, which is perfect for those nights when you want to have some time off form the Bangla madness and catch up on the sports from back home.

Despite being a family run guest house, the staff here are incredibly friendly and have a live ad let live attitude (making it clear to use they welcome ladyboys and all guests - for free). There are lots of guest houses in this area but I doubt you'd find many as clean and friendly as the Eing Lay Beach Guest House, with rooms starting for under 1000 Baht.

Location wise it's located within a 2 minute walk of Soi Bangla (home to the famous Cocktails and Dreams ladyboy bar), and less than a 10 minute walk to Patong Beach.

Facilities and highlights:

Being a guest house there are no facilities, but the staff are incredibly friendly and help full, and can point you i the right direction for any of your needs.

If you want to do Patong in style this is what it's all about. Beach front living, clean and classy rooms, close to all the mad nightlife. While the standard rates start close to 6000 baht, you'll often find 50% off deals outside of high season, and can usually find a room under 3000 baht.

Location wise you are right on the beach in a 'somewhat' peaceful spot a short walk to the crazy nightlife of Patong and the popular ladyboy spots Soi Croc and Cocktails & Dreams.

Facilities and highlights:

If the beach isn't enough water for you there's also a long impressive pool with lots of poolside seating to chill and top up the tan. The hotel also has a decent restaurant and it's worth opting for the buffet breakfasts if you can wake up in time..

You'd struggle to find a more trendy and stylish boutique hotel in Patong for these prices. Not only is it a very cool hotel/guest house, with several unique rooms, but the staff are also extremely friendly and promote a guest/ladyboy friendly policy. Rooms start at just over 1000 baht, but it's worth paying the little extra to get a deluxe room.

Location wise the Arya is located close to the rear of Jungceylon mall, which you can easily cut through to access Soi Bangla and the main late-night ladyboy spots of Patong (about a 5-10 min walk). You're also a 15 min walk from the beach, meaning you can avoid using taxis day and night.

Facilities and highlights:

Don't expect much in the way of facilities, though there is a pretty good restaurant in the lobby.

Patong hotels can get pretty expensive, especially if you are looking for something modern or fancy, but if you're will to walk an extra 5 minutes from the action you'll find the Arimana, a very clean and cool hotel, with extremely friendly staff, large cosy rooms, and an impressive pool.

Location wise the Arimana is not as far out as it looks on the map, with Patong being rather compact. soi Bangla, soi Paradise and Jungceylon are all a 10 minute walk, and the beach is just another 5 minutes on top of that.

Facilities and highlights;

Unfortunately there is no gym, but the hotel does have a lovely pool as well as a seperate kids pool and hot tub, great for escaping those humid Phuket days.

If you're on a budget and looking for a clean and classy room, close to the Patgong nightlife and ladyboy action, then the Apsara is a great hotel for you. It's hard to believe these classy and classic Thai styles teak rooms start under 1500, and the staff are incredibly friendly towards ladyboys and gays.

Location wise, you're right at the heart of the action, you can be at Cocktails and Dreams or Soi croc within 3 minutes of walking out of your hotel, with the beach a short 5 minute walk away.

Facilities and highlights:

With such a great location, such nice rooms, and totally affordable prices, the only downside is that there are no real facilities to write home about. However, being seconds away from so many ladyboys and some of teh best beaches in Thailand, you won't be wanting to hang around the hotel anyway.

Set on the lively soi Sansabai this is a very trendy and rather artsy hotel, with lots of uniquely designed room and imaginative decor. Though the rooms are usually priced around 3000 baht per night, there are often deals to be found here, and it's quite possible to get a room for under 1500 if you are lucky - making it excellent value for money any time of year.

Location wise you're on a great soi with lots of bars and restaurants, and a 3 minute walk to the wild nights of Bangla Road. The beach is also within a 5-10 minute walk.

Facilities and highlights:

The Acca is all about the unique rooms and not much by way of facilities, though the hotels does have a nice restaurant which serves seafood and Thai dishes.

The R-Con Blue is a surprisingly cheap hotel in a decent location. The rooms are fairly spacious, more like suites than cramped hotel rooms, including glass wall showers, small kitchenette, and sofa. The downside is it's lose proximity to Action Street and Blue Ratanee beer bars, meaning it can be noisy at night, especially on the lower floors.

Location wise it's pretty good, on soi Buakaow next to Action Street, so a 1 minute walk to Sensations Bar and Happiness Star Bar, with the rest of the Buakaow bars and Walking Street just a 10 minutes stroll away.

Facilities and highlights:

It's not exactly rich with facilities but it does have a nice pool, which is a rarity for a budget hotel.

It's hard to find a reliable low budget room on soi Buakaow, unless you are happy to stay in a guest house (often this scares of the less outgoing ladyboy fanatics). Unlike the many guest houses in the area Pasadena lodge has a for more spacious and laid-back vibe.

Location wise Pasadena Lodge is on the lively soi LK Metro, with a line up of jumping gogos and girly bars right on it's doorstep, and several popular ladyboy venues a 2 minute walk away (Fantasy Lounge, Baby Boom, Nidcha, Pook Swan..).

Facilities and highlights:

There are no real facilities to write home about but the hotel does have a rather cool and comfortable lobby area, with lots of chillout seating.

The Page 10 is an impressive hotel, somewhat chic, modern, extremely clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities and close to lots of ladyboy action. Definitely a good choice for those with a budget up to 2000 baht per night.

Located close to the beach on Sukhumvit soi 10, you'll find yourself in a very peaceful soi, with soi 13/1, soi's 7 & 8, and Soi Buakaow, all within walking distance.

Facilities and highlights:

The hotel has a very impressive rooftop pool and bar, well-equipped fitness room, and a decent restaurant.

If you're looking for a long stay hotel away from the main madness of Pattaya but still within reasonable walking distance of the action, this is a good option. Mooks is great value for money with large studios and stylish one-bedroom apartments all at affordable rates.

Location wise this isn't exactly at the heart of the action, instead its set on Third Road in North Pattaya, with Soi 6 and the 2nd Road Baht Bus route under a 10 minute walk away.

Facilities and highlights:

While the rooms are pretty stylished and equipped with everything you'll need the building itself has little by way of facilities other than a laundry and cleaning service, and the M Coffee Factory (a rather snazzy cafe).

Facilities and highlights:

The pool is huge and perhaps the stand out facility here, with lots of great chillout space and sun loungers. The Mercure also has a pretty good gym, a cool bar, and a decent Thai restaurant.

I really like this hotel, it's in an ideal location and rather grande and classy, but also very comfortable, and hard to beat if you've a budget of around 2000 bat per night.

Location wise you are on soi Diana, lined with fun and friendly beers bars, with the ladyboy action of soi 13/1 and soi buakaow just a short walk away.

Facilities and highlights:

There aren't a great deal of facilities here though the hotel does have a very nice pool and you are permitted to use the gym at the LK Metropole on the same street.

I've always been a big fan of the KTK Royall Residence and often recommend it to friends looking to stay for a month or more. There are several sizes of rooms all set up with everything you'd need for extended stays, and tucked away in such a quiet and friendly soi you can sleep well at night and easily avoid the Pattaya hustle, while Soi 6 and the Baht bus routes are just a 3 minute walk away.

Location wise you're just of 2nd Road close to the infamous soi 6 and it's wild 'anything goes' action, and the Alcazar Cabaret show. The soi itself is very clean and peaceful, surrounded by more luxury long stay residence.

Facilities and highlights:

It pretty much has everything you'll need for a a short of long stay, including an indoor pool and sauna, pretty big fitness room, restaurant, cafe, and even a small putting green for the golf fanatics.

If you're looking for a fun, party orientated hotel, and have a decent sized budget, the Hard Rock could be the hotel for you. Not only is the location great, the rooms luxurious, and the facilities pretty awesome, they also put on regular party events and unique entertainment for their guests.

Located right on Pattaya beach, within a 5 minutes walk to the seedy lights of Soi 6 and the bustling beer bars of soi 7 & 8, it's a pretty good place to be based.

Facilities and highlights:

The facilities here are top notch, with a huge pool and several lively poolside bars, a large gym, several snazzy restaurants, and lots of special facilities for kids and teens, but the highlight of this hotel are the many day time games and activities they put on, and special parties and live music, including regular pool parties and foam parties.

This is an excellent location for any ladyboy lover, almost directly opposite soi 13/1 (home to Stringfellows, La Bamba, and The House), and with a 10 minute walk of Soi Buakaow and Walking Street.

The larger suites are perfect for stays of a few weeks to several months, while the studio rooms are also well set up for those in town for just a few days.

Location wise its literally situated by the entrance of Walking Street but designed in a way to take away the late night noise. It's also right on the beach, and although this area of beach isn't ideal for swimmers, it does give the front rooms some stunning views over Pattaya Bay.

Facilities and highlights:

Facilities include a large rooftop pool overlooking Pattaya Bay, a decent restaurant and dining area with equally stunning views, and a well equipped fitness room.

I really like the Garden Grove, it may be a good 5 minutes down Sukhumvit soi 16, but it's still with walking distance of the ladyboy action and the larger rooms are ideal for longer stays. It's extremely quiet and peaceful.

Located deep in Sukhumvit soi 16, it's about a 5-10 minute walk to soi Cowboy and you might need to get a taxi to reach Nana (or enjoy the walking along Sukhumvit Road). There is a free shuttle service during the day between the hotel and Asoke BTS.

Facilities and highlights:

Here you'll find a very nice pool and a smallish fitness room. There is also a Japanese restaurant on the premises.

No official word on the hotel's guest policy, but I can personally confirm that the Garden Grove is guest friendly and allows ladyboys to enter without charge. You can also enter directly through the hotel car park, meaning you don't have to pass reception with your guests.

As you'd expect there is no shortage of top class facilites here, including a number of on-site stylish bars and fine dinging restaurants including a rooftop bar with some of the best views in town. There is also a well equipped gym, luxury pool, and fancy spa.
